Who We Are

Beverley Housing Charity is an Almshouse Charity, proud to provide accommodation for:

  • Couples and individuals who have reached state retirement age
  • Who are in financial need
  • And have been, residents of Beverley, Molescroft, Woodmansey or Tickton for ten years of more.

We provide a home to over 250 people, across our range of 1- and 2-bedroom accommodation in the form of independent living.

Accommodation is offered to those in need from our catchment area who do not own their own property, who meet our financial criteria and are deemed in need of our housing.

We provide quality affordable homes in Beverley

As a leading U.K Almshouse Charity, we provide a home to enable our residents to live, not exist in later life. Working together with you when you become a resident, we aim to create a mobility pathway, which sees you have the right home at each stage of your retirement.
